noticed…in Vancouver’s 24 neighbourhoods documents something I noticed in each of Vancouver’s 24 neighbourhoods in Fall 2018 and Winter 2019. The areas I visited within each neighbourhood were chosen because of news stories or because I simply found those areas interesting. Once there I took notes, and later, chose one of those moments to image on a neighbourhood-shaped piece of paper.
